Server/Bartender – A typical shift is 8-9 hours long. Servers are required to lift up to 50 pounds and have the ability to remain on your feet for the majority of your shift. A shift meal is provided to you before the event begins. As a high-end caterer that focuses on the quality of our service, it is extremely important that our staff that represents our company and brand is clean-cut, presentable, and professional.
Your smile is the only accessory you need. Bartenders must be knowledgeable about beer, wine and liquor. Basic drink recipes must be memorized and creativity is always appreciated!
Server/ Truck Driver – Must have a CLEAN, valid PA Driver’s License. See server/bartender for further requirements.
Cook – We are always looking for highly motivated, disciplined culinary stars. Whether you have 20 years in the business or are just starting out, drive and passion are more important than skill set. We can train (almost) anyone!
Utility – This position is the backbone of our operation and changes by the hour. Duties include loading and unloading trucks, pot & pan and dish washing as well as building clean up and maintenance.
