From the moment you reach out to John Serock Catering you can expect our event specialists to be responsive and personable. We know how overwhelming wedding planning can be – trust us a lot of us are recent brides ourselves! We truly enjoy taking the time to get to know each of our couples and want to help guide you through this process as much as we can. From our one on one meetings to the endless emails in between our team will help you build the wedding day of your dreams. From menu development to day of timeline and floor plans we won’t let you miss a detail!

All-Inclusive Packages

Don’t get sticker shock! Our packages are built all inclusive with our couples in mind. We never want our clients confused about pricing or worried about hidden costs. Our packages have been designed to include everything you’d expect a wedding caterer to provide. All of our packages are inclusive of nonalcoholic pre-ceremony beverages, selection of delectable passed hors d’oeuvres, plated first course, choice of enticing dinner selections based on your service style (plated, buffet, or stations), locally sourced coffee bar, interactive dessert station, and wedding cake through our partner The Master’s Baker. 

Our packages also include all necessary china (choice of three patterns), flatware, glassware, table linens and linen napkins (choice of 59 solid colors), and nonalcoholic bar setups.

Our friendly service staff will be there to go above and beyond for you and your guests; this includes experienced servers (1 per 14 guests), top-notch bartenders (1 per 65 guests), classically trained chefs who will always be cooking your food onsite, as well as an event manager who is there from setup to cleanup.

Day of Coordination

John Serock Catering will take over the reigns once your wedding day arrives. Your event manager will ensure you and your wedding party have nothing to worry about but taking photos and socializing with your guests. We will take care of coordinating your ceremony, help by setting out some of your personal items like a card box or party favors, and will make sure your reception timeline stays on track by being in constant communication with your other vendors. Your event manager is your point person for the whole day and is there to make sure you have the magical day that you deserve!
